For a quick update on the new FF movie for fans it is coming out pretty soon this year. If you havent heard about it you need to check out the trailers, but for those who have hope this information helped out. For those fans who know about it post who your favorite character is alive or dead. Personaly mines Zack.

Advent Children LOOKS amazing. The graphics look awesome. It already came out in Japan, right?

My favorite was always Tifa (http://www.adventchildren.net/media/screens/official/official52.jpg) and Yuffie (http://www.adventchildren.net/media/screens/official/official86.jpg)

No, it hasn't come out in Japan, and my favorite character will always be Sephiroth ^_^ . He looks much better (and cooler) with his makeover, too!

I think Sephiroth looks even more horrible than he already did X_X Tifa looks better in AC, at least her hair doesn't reaseble a fish anymore. Cloud also looks horrible btw, looks like Gackt.

Gackt might have something to do with Cloud, I'm not sure.
Final Fantasy VIII male lead Squall Leonhart, was actually modeled after Gackt. ^^;

did you know Gackt was a model for this other mid-eivl / fantasy fight game (like shinobi, the gameplay and era). they actulay look alot alike.........

I think the realistic looking FF games have pretty lame looking characters anyway. Squall looked kind of stupid, Tidus was totally lame and now this new Cloud.. they all look like lame J-Rockers ><

squall looked alright...Tidus&#39;s face made me laugh though&#33; Especially the under-water ballet scene (the spring scene) XD

Not quite, FF6 is too complex and too big to be put into a film, and if they did it I wouldn&#39;t want 8-bit characters but most defenitely not a bunch of lousy J-rocker lookalikes. X_X

Haha, that&#39;s funny&#33;&#33; Sephiroth does look more horrible and Tifa looks prettier, as for Cloud, well my friend told me he looks,"sooooo sexy&#33;&#33;&#33;". Hah, well my favorite character is Tifa, &#39;cause she&#39;s a fighter&#33;&#33;

That&#39;s very likely. It&#39;s a shame they picked FF7 though, FF6 was so much better ~ The only reason why FF7 is so damn popular is because it was the first one that really became popular under the big masses.

ff6 would be too much of a hassle anyway.USA ff3=EU ff6 and the Japanese ff3 is an entire other game.
But ff7 has a good story too, its much more serious than other FF&#39;s

i have a lot of favorites. cloud is sexy, but vincent&#33; *collapses* now that&#39;s a hott guy, tifa looks hott in that movie, but my favorite is either tifa, redxiii, or yuffie.

I cant wait for it to come out. Once, I herd some news it might come out only for a PSP, so I got all emotional and angry because I didnt have a PSP, and proabably never will...to expensive. Like 3 days later I found out Square changed their mind and said PSP and DVD.... :D HaPpY :D

I personaly liked 7 the best, followed by 9, and none of the rest I liked (Or never played XD). I hated 8 and 10 the most...I really need to find the PSX ports for FinalFantasy 6, 1, 2 and chrono trigger, Ill never play 4 and 5 saddly, I dont have the time to emulate and I dont have the old systems....

Wrong, FF6 was released outside Japan as FF3 cos they skipped a few FF's outside Japan. With FF7 they continued with the Japanese numbering, otherwise FF7 would have been FF4 in the US and Europe.
