This was on the other forum I got to Linkinparkforums.com. just wondering if anyone has heard of this? What dose everyone think

 Zombie dogs?
Your source seems very dubious to me. I'd imagine that if this were true, PETA would be all over those "scientists" responsible.

Well, they use zombies for slave trade in the cuban area. because its so stinkn hot, people are buried really quick there. so, a voodoo shaman uses some drugs to make a person breathe really shallow, slow down their heart beat etc. so they are pronounced dead. then, after they are buried in a shallow grave, they are dug up, kept on the drugs, and forced to work with minimal brain capacity. if they ever manage to secape, they will have heavy brain damage and will forget anything that they remember about the slavery etc. and probably die.

This article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zombie) might answer your questions about Zombies. :scream:
This one (http://www.news.com.au/story/0,10117,15739502-13762,00.html) ought to answer your questions about the zombie dogs.

*ahem* what a load of shit. You do realize there are also a bunch of crazy people called "Raliens" or something to have claimed to have cloned humans already. There are all sorts of stories made up for people to believe. As for me, I believe what is already PROVEN to be true. Heh, science does that to ya.

o ya didnt some ppl already clone a sheep or something?
aoiryuukishi13
July 10th, 2005, 05:56 pm
yup, in 1996 a sheep was cloned... it was named Dolly, and died a few years ago...
About Zombies, I heard something from a reliable source (aka tv), that in Haiti, people have become zombies through the use of (not sure) puffer fish?, or blowfish?, poisons mixed with other stuff. some people claim to have survived zombification without brain damage. one guy was even interviewed... Do i believe that zombification is possible? yes, but only under certain extreme circumstances, such as exposure or ingestion of certain chemicals or poisons. Now, as to whether or not i belive that zombification would be the answer to death, no i don't think so... people die for a reason, and bringing them back to lif would be a big mistake... that's all i'm gonna say here, in case i should be considered a nut case ( may be to late for that...)

Yeah I read about this in the newspaper. Apparently they're going to try it out with humans too. It could save lives in war situations and stuff so it isn't that stupid if it works. What's it called - it's more like suspended animation rather than zombies which is what they said in the article i read if i remember correctly. You might think it's stupid but every topic should be given a chance. As noir7 said it's still discussable. It does sound silly but sometimes these things are true. Who knows one of us might go through it someday to save our life

I think people would be more open to this if the topic title was something else than "ZOMBIES ARE REAL". Immediately when we think of zombies, of course we think of flesh-eating corpses who go around and spam "uuuh...."
AsianSensation_wow
July 11th, 2005, 03:01 am
that picture of the "zombie dog" looks like a frozen cyote...not even a real cyote. it looks fake. it's on the news websites and newspapers...so i'm not really sure. wouldn't it be on like cnn and fox news and stuff???

Yeah your right. Maybe change it to suspended animation or something.

Its all fake. If the blood is drawn out, then you go brain dead and even if you somehow get it back to life, it would be severly retarded.

I don't know if this is real, but isn't there a disease that the victim dies and then they come back for about 3 hours after they died. Actually I think it was more of a parasite than a disease.

Where does the line between art and a science fall? Can the grotesque be beautiful? And why has someone bothered plasticizing hundreds of corpses? These are just a few of the questions that enter you mind whilst visiting the controversial and intriguing 'Korpenwelten'or 'Body Worlds' exhibition.
Created with typical German efficiency by Professor Gunther Von Hagen and colleagues, the exhibition sets out to explore the fascinating anatomical structure of the human body. The uniqueness of the exhibition lies in that instead of using models, everything on show is constructed from real bodies. Everything preserved via a complex procedure of plasticization. The process creating carcasses that highlight the amazing complex structure of the human body. Every tendon, nerve and muscle perfectly captured.
A question that is raised again over the use of foetuses in one of the side rooms. Displayed in a series of jars , a variety of foetuses of different ages and ailments are on show. At the centre lies the body of a women still carrying her baby of eight months. Shockingly powerful and grotesque and the same time it's effect is overwhelming. So much that a women visitor was knelt before it saying prayers with her rosary in hand. Again questions may be raised over the ethics of this display, and some vistiors might find it disturbing and unsettlingly.
It's a very interesting exhibition!

I think thats science. If you go into a Doctor's school, thats what you study so I see nothing wrong with it. If you have feeling that isnt right, then dont go :)

okay, muffin. They are real. But they ARE NOT ZOMBIES!
They mearly drained the blood and replaced it with a salt mixture [or was it saline?]
That is not concidered a zombie, but mearly a revived animal.
