Use this chart and find your BMI, or Body Mass Index

then look here to see your body type

18.5 - bellow = Under Weight
18.5 - 24.9 = Normal
25 - 29.9 = Over Weight
30 - 34.9 = Obese I
35 - 39.9 = Obese II
40 - over = Obese III

This may seem insensative to some, but it really helps to see if your healthy or not. You dont have to post your BMI if you dont want to, and you dont even have to know it either. But for some, it may save their lives.

Im a 21.6 (got it from a diffrent place) So I guess im fine. Just have some baby fat around my torso and thighs...and arms.... and possably a dubble chin... god Im fat...

Um, I don't do pounds - but I don't need to do that thing anyway, I know I'm underweight for my height XD

Or alternatively you could calculate it in kilograms using the following method:-

B.M.I = mass in kg / (height in m) ^ 2

^2 means squaring

BMI-19.5 ^_^ Healthy.

And if you think about it. It really doesn't matter what you're BMI is as long as you eat healthy, as in you don't starve yourself and whatnot. Some people have reasons for underweight BMI's (ex.fast metabolism or they just run around alot)

and some people are overweight because they have lots of muscles. I actually thought the range was 18.5 - 23.5 for women and 20 - 25 for men...

26.0 standing 5'6" and 3/4 but a good bit of musle...darn ^^;; overweight but hey I guess droping a few isnt bad and beside B-) I like a good challange~!

nah and I need more wind for my soccer and my sax so it will help and I will be fit..the docter told me I needed to loose 30 pounds...donno but I think I carry my weight well...
