Okay, last night, somthing happend and a pop-up said I had done an illigal action and it was shuting down the programs that were doing the actions. It ended up being FireFox. So I go to open a new window for FireFox, and It asks me which profile I would like to use. Like most people, I would select the one with all the book marks and stuff, so I did. It said I couldnt after that because It was already being used, and it opened a default window of FireFox..
So what I need help is for getting my old user back. One bookmark I REALLY NEED, and I dont remember the site :(

This has happened to me, but it didn't pop up a window, just crashed. Anyway, i've lost all my bookmarks 3 times, and I haven't even heard of the profile thing...

Well, I think there is users for FireFox, so when you swich to a diffrent user, you get what ever is on that user, and untill you find a way to get back on your real user, your things are gonw :(

You 'export' it, which allows you to save all your bookmarks. And as for the user profile thingy . . that happened to me with netscape fairly often, and all I had to do was restart my computer to log back on.

So much for legendary reliability, etc. Mozilla's profile system is really broken.

Firefox has BUGS!? This has seriously made me rethink about upgrading my version of FF.
Radical: I'm assuming you know at least the NAME of the site you are looking for. A simple Google search might be all you need to find it.
However, about your FF problem, I can't help you there. I'm on an older version where that doesn't happen.
