First of all, I made my own thread because people told me to (I give into peer pressure god dammit!), and also, like they suggested, I wanted everyone who mattered to me to read it. And it's a bit more special than a simple Return and Departure, so, here it goes.

Okay, so I guess this is was a bit of a long time coming really. You might of heard the rumours, you might of heard me say it myself or you may have even had absolutely no clue at all. Well, I’ve thought about it, and have decided to permanently remove myself from the Ichigo’s Forums. Surprise! That’s correct, I will be permanently leaving Ichigo’s Forums sometime over the course of the next few days.

So why am I leaving? There are a culmination of reasons really. There has been an overall decline in my own personal interest and enjoyment in the Forum, however the place has simply shifted towards a new demographic, and I now feel quite out of place (even though I was quite out of place to begin with!). There is this continuous flow of new members, members so full of energy with an absolute zest for life (coupled with interesting spelling habits omg lolz), so much so, that I kind of feel like I’ve outgrown the place, or overstayed my welcome. I know this might not be true, but it’s the way I feel.

I’m getting older now and moving onto new and exciting things (like university!) and I think leaving this place, which has been my online home for the past year, is the first step towards starting this new chapter of my life. I will exponentially decrease my amount of time on the internet, so soon I will simply be using it as a means to attain downloads and no longer substituting it for social interaction i.e. MSN (however I will not cease contact with anyone who wishes to stay in contact with me). Harsh actions I know, but, there is a whole world out there I want to see, and I cannot see it simply from where I’m sitting now.

Despite the fact that I no longer enjoy being at Ichigo’s, I have made a large number of friends who I never wish to loose contact with. For the sake of making a nice long Farewell message, I shall list and say Farewell to them all:

I know that you would've left a long time ago were it not for your concern for my sanity XD Which brings me on to say that not only are you a great guy in general, you're also a good friend and advisor to me - we've had some grand bitchfests ;) You've done your best for this forum, and a bloody good best that's been - we all move on, and I don't think this will be the last farewell post from good friends that I'll be seeing around here.

I admit I never got to know you very well, and the only exchange we had I believe was over a series PM on letting me take part in the Tournament. You had wanted to give me your place in the Tournament, seeing that i was interested in it although the deadline was due. It had been a great experience for me in the RP, and I guess I must thank you for giving me that opportunity.

Somehow, it has become so taken for granted that whenever I log on here, I would see that iconic Alchemist avatar and signature somewhere. Then there was the Christmas set too. But i digressed. I just wanted to say...I guess I would really miss seeing you around, and it is my loss for not having to know you better while I could. :cry:

Still, we have a life to lead. I don't suppose we should ever allow ourselves to stop moving forward. Therefore, I wish you all the best in your endeavours. :) Even as you step away from this community, you will carry with you a part of us all, an unspoken spirit of this forum. All the best!

Going to miss you Spiky, but I will keep in touch with you on MSN or through that email address, your one of the best friends I've actually ever had on here and we've gone through all that friend stuff, like you getting super mad at me, and me getting mad at you, and all that fun stuff. I have enjoyed every second we have spent talking to each other, even when it was just us fussing at each other. I enjoyed all those moments! I'm really going to miss you on the forums, but really, the only time we ever really talked was over MSN... All you usually said to me on here was something along the lines of, "Indeed." or something else sarcastic. Hehe, I enjoyed your Sarcasim and will sorely miss it. Spiky, just please always know that I wish you the best in everything you do and everything you have done.

Well, all characters died in the plot so it's likely that Alex simply won't come back, or if he comes back he'll be an NPC (which is something Spiky should decide on).
