I have a question to everyone that keeps their hair spiked up.
1)How do you keep it up for a really long time?
2)What is a realy good hair gel?

I have long hair (Goes a little bit pased my shoulders like maybe 2 inches pased my shoulders.) And I want to spike my hair up on the sides and let the rest hand down. Might dye my hair red, blue, or white:)

blue rocks, and I've heard that you can actually use glue, but you basically want a gel that dries really fast

I was going to do blue (maybe a midnight blue) since I dyed it red allready, but I dyed it backed to my original hair color. (which is brown by the way)
And what brand name gel is good to use?

Use Hair Wax. All brands should be strong enough to keep long hair spiked. I know they all work for mine. B)

I can't remember what mine is. Citrus something by loreal i think. Good hold and it doesn't look weird like dippity doo. It won't shine, just looks like it sticks up naturally :)

yea im growing my hair now and i'm actually styling it like loz from advent children and it suits me really well. but yea either use hair wax which keeps it up all day long or theres this new manga wax from loreal i think that keeps your hair spiked just like the manga characters lol. there was a topic on it before in this forum you just need to search for it

I advise hair gel or hair wax... is there anyone in particular you'd like to style your hair after?

It is rather frustrating; I'm finding Aeris' bangs are a learning curve, and I also discovered that it behaves OKAY with hairspray, so with gel it should be okay. I'm only trying to style it Advent Children, but that's difficult... I have no idea how to make it defy physics like FFVII Aeris. :S

Well, you should get your hair cut kind of short (un-less you want to look like an idiot yourself) and get it "thinned" out. Blow dry your hair after showers, and MAYBE after you get up (Depends if you have think hair or not). Then take a goot hold gel or mousse. Then kind of put ur finger thru your hair (kind like your making it messy). And it should spike up.

I had my hair spikey for a few months, then I didn't like it after awhile lol.
