I've always wondered what my bloodtype was, but that butterfly needle creeps me out so I'm going to wait a while.
Both my parents are AB's so does that mean I might be an O?
or does it just mean that I might be an A,B or AB.
And because they're both AB's is there a greater percentage that I might be an AB?
Does this work like the Genetic Punnet Sq?
Also, does blood type realyl determine your personallties to some degrees?
I've heard before that A types are Perfectionists
B types are generally creative and expressive people
O types are really relaxed and pretty good people that could get along with anyone
and AB types as someone once told me are "SPECIAL" XD

O- rh-
Class: Rare
Transfusion:
Give: A/B/AB/O
Take: O
Do they determine personalities? What does it matter if it does? It's still an "Act of God" that you have no control over. Be it true or not, you are you. You decide on how to act.

WOW.

er--oopse... That's mine. That's what I get for skimming the title.
Your possibilities are A, AB, B.
I believe that you are more likely to be AB due to the fact that both of your parrents are ABs. Even so, theres a slim chance that you could be an O type too.
And the possibilites chart is run off of the Punnet Square (if that answers your question).

Basically it is a matrix of an n-by-n system, showing all possible outcomes from each entry, giving off precentages.
A good example is found at the bottom of the wiki article.

um what's the difference between a Postitive Blood type and a negative?
Oh and I was reserching blood types and it said if both my parents were AB's then I can't be an O...
But Mies says that there's a slight chance that I might be.

I've always wanted my blood type to be O ever since I heard that O's were universal blood donors...
But AB's can't give their blood and they are the universal recievers... :(

My sister is A and I'm O
so... maybe you are an O? Not sure, you'd have to donate or ask next time you have to give blood for a medical exam,

ive no idea which i am........
i think both my parents are Bs.....hmm......would that make me a B or an O?!?
whats the differences between the blood types anyway? and what happens if some B blood is used for an O person??? etc???

I think blood type has to do with the size and shape of the blood cells.

Close, it's the antibodies found in the bloodstream.
I say it is possible for you to be an O because genetic traits can always have a wildcard. Just because both of your parents have brown eyes, doesn't mean that all their children will be brown eyed. Genetics go back to the begining of time, but the outward/visible parts can be seen in two to three generations (this is rebuttal used when incest is called for second and third cousins).
Let's put it this way Eternal: You may not be able to give your blood to anybody other than another AB, but you can receve blood from anybody. You won't be sitting on death's door waiting for a compatible donar.

People with O type blood cannot take blood from any person except for another O type person or else the blood will clot(sp?)
Depending on - or + people with O type blood may donate to all or almost all other blood types.
I do believe.
Just follow along with M's chart

er eternal you can't be an O I think. O comes from an AO or BO. You have to have two O's to become and O as O is the recessive gene. A and B are more dominant I think. AO is like the negative i'm guessing, whilst pure A is the positive. I swear most people should know how genetics work if they have a decent schooling system...and a bit of logic.
@M - that's called a genetic mutation and it can't happen since its a mutation that won't exist since blood type O is already a real occurrence governed by the laws of meiosis. Sorry Eternal you won't be an O. You'd have a chance if they both weren't AB.

I'm A. And I am not a perfectionist. So stereotypes regarding that are just.. well.. stereotypes!
I do set goals that are harder to accomplish than regular people do, but I am not the one who asks for a 100 but atmost a 97.
