Konnichiwa! Im new at the piano, and in some sheet music (i know there two clefs) two of the same clef show up, with the play together sign. Do you play together? cause im confused i was told to ply sepreatly but then by a different person to play together! sorry if i dont make sense...thank you!

Sometimes, that does happen. The part that matters is the staff connector:

If the staves are connected by the left line to the left of the clefs, they are meant to be played together.

If the two clefs are the same and the left line is there, you always play them together.

In your case, I would assume that you would play them together.

Try looking for a beginners piano book at a music store, and when you've gone through a book or two, pick up a Sonatina; Beethoven's Sonatina in G was one of my first pieces I learned, and it was a good piece for me to expand myself on for only a month of playing.

I wish you good luck in starting the great instrument, and adventure, of the piano, and becoming a pianist (if that's you intention).

Although this place is for all/most piano sheets by these composers, I wouldn't' doubt they have some easy things here for download:
