Hey guys. It's been awhile since I've been an active user of these boards. I'll come back eventually..:P

But I have a question...

Would any of you guys happen to know where to buy Berets? It's a French style of hat that is often worn by stereotypical TV artists.

I've found a few websites, but a lot of them don't really look trustworthy... And the ones that do look trustworthy don't have the type of hat I want.

I don't have a great example or anything, but I've got a few pics of it in anime form...

Any help would be really appreciated!

Around here you just go to a hat shop and see if they have them...

Yeah...I don't have any hat shops. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen just a "hat" shop in my life o_o...

Nor do we have a charity shop..

Yeah, I know it's a beret...but many online shops have like 1 result when I type it in. I might have to settle for getting a cheap one off of ebay, or a really expensive one from lids.com ...

My town had/has a huge French immigrant population. Those hats are everywhere around here.

Well, on the old people at least. Young people don't really wear them. I'd wear one, if I had any clothing that would match them. :3

Also, Burlington Coat Factory carries a large amount of berets. I don't know if there are any BCFs in your area, but they're a decently sized chain I think...

Lol that's so weird... Burlington Coat Factory is where my one friend said he got his. The website doesn't have anything, but now I'm sure the actual factory does. There are none near me, but if I'm ever in the area of one, I'll definitely go to it.

I wonder why the website doesn't have any?...

It has lots of baby items instead :\

Gap or some branded shop probably does them I think.

Higher-end [mall] retailers rarely have the same things stocked in their stores and online shop. Nordstrom does the same thing.
