dosn't really work on my pc. does the ... between the links mean, that we have to insert 03, 04, 05 ourselves? because that doesn't work.
And the installationprogram aks me for the part 03. could you post all the links we need?

Yes, Finale is great (although I recommend 2003 above 2004 if you don't care too much about sound quality). However, the links aren't really allowed to be here.
