before i start..... :"my god, i'd never thunk i'd be posting in a more err"PINK" message board

k, so i've started watching the evangelion series with a buddy and i must say it's the greatest but i was wondering what the two movies are about

i am thinking death and rebirth is kinda the episodes stuck together. am i right?

and is the end of evangelion movie something completely different?

death and rebirth is a summary pf the series including some new footage and its a good summary before you watch end of evangelion...

as for end of evangelion, it is supposed to be the same ending as the series but described a bit more clearly (and maybe a bit different) and its also just a good way to set an end to it..... you should see it

End of Eva is the opposite ending of the TV series.

Untill a certain point anyway, of course further messing things up is a quote thats claimed to be from anno himself saying that the first few bits of end involving the 'incident' are the full ep 26, of course I seriously doubt the validity & authenticity of this quote as it doesnt track with the facts seen in the end

A quick question.

for Evangelion the whole series pack, 164.00 canadian, is that pretty cheap?

cuz i went to Vancouver Anime Convention, they sell Evangelion whole series pack, no movies though, for 164.00 canadian. Don't know if it's expensive or cheap
