Yes, it's a hentai game. Yes, it's about insest (erm... one path that is). Yet it's still one I recommend for people to play. The story's utterly depressing/heartwarming. There's nothing more tender than a story where you're injected into a sick person's life. Three thumbs up.

And I personally didn't like Cresendo.
