August 26th, I saw the Nickelback (and company) concert.

I will see/participate in the local Battle of the Bands, that's for sure. I will be attending the BOA concert May 1st, and participating in it, in Washington DC.

Until I realize what other bands are coming and going in and out of North and South Carolina, I will not know.

My piano teacher is friends with the director of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, and he wants me to go to some piano concertos there during this next season (Sept-June). And my music theory teacher wants me to go listen to some orchestral pieces too. ^.^

Later this evening: "Fou Ts'ong Piano Recital": Debussy - Berceuse Héroïque; Haydn - Sonta in C minor Hob. XVI:20; Chopin - Three Mazurkas op.59, Barcarolle in F sharp major Op.6; Schubert - Sonata in B flat major D.960, among others.
Apparently he was very famous in his time. Which was before my time.

On Saturday: A performance of Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No.1, Stravinsky's Symphonies of Wind Instruments, among others I can't remember by namewithheld Symphony Orchestra.

I don't know how I allow myself to be arsed into watching all this when I have so many labs to write. *wrings hands*

On monday I saw the Jonas Brothers, it was hot so the we were sprayed on by water, but when the water first turned on it was orange! ewwwww... besides the fact of the nasty water, and a tall guy standing in front of me the concert was pretty good.
