Actually, the song is called, "You Are My Love," not "If you are my love." It's already on the sheet music list, so all you have to do is look for it under Tsubasa Chronicle.

Actually, the song "if you are my love" (all small letters XD) is an instrumental arrangement (as mentioned above) of the song "you are my love". I haven't seen any sheet music of it, but unfortunately i am too busy to do any transcribing work... It is a nice piece, hope someone is going to transcribe it.
