Hi I have been in this forum not a really long time, and I have received some good music sheets. One thing I noticed was all Anime music sheets were arranged by fans, and so I am wondering if it's possible to find a more formal versions in music stores. The result was the best I could find were snimr sheets from Hayao Miyazaki (Totoro, Castle in the sky etc...) or some disney cartoons.. My question is is it possible to find animes music sheet in stores? Do some music stores actually sell them?

I'm sure music stores sell them. But they're probably exclusive to Japan. You could try eBay/Amazon or other online purchase websites.

Your best bet is to go through an online store.

From what I experienced, most music stores don't really have anime sheet music. Online buying is generally the best way to go when trying to find some formal sheet music of the anime of your choice.

If you're not into online buying (like I am), your next best bet is to go to a store that exclusively sells Japanese books; I find a lot of formal anime sheet music there.
