It seems like they took down the sheets for kinjirareta asobi though as they are now selling it.
You can purchase it digitally at Dojin Ongaku (http://www.dojinongaku.com/contents/goods_detail.php?goid=1270).
(I don't know Japanese so I can't navigate through it to purchase it for myself <_<)
