I am a big fan of television. I usually don't have the time to catch shows when they are on TV but instead, I buy the boxsets.

Just wondering what shows other people watched around here.

My favourites are:

Buffy
Angel
Firefly
Alias
Crossing Jordan
Tru Calling
The OC
Roswell
CSI

What's your favourite shows? Anime does not count. Save it for the Anime forum.

"Everybody Loves Raymond"

Parallels to my own life: crazy overprotective parents, jealous brother . . . I enjoy the big laughs and the psychology that goes behind all the relationships. Most importantly it teaches me how to deal with girls (since I have no clue, heh).

Each weekday, it is possible for me to watch 4 episodes. There's one at 5:30 pm, then again from 6:30 to 8. They're mostly reruns, but if I'm lucky, a newer one will be shown later on in the evening . . . XD

Everybody Loves Raymond is one of the comedies that are on Swedish TV that I really don't like. I don't know why, but I don't like it. =P

Who's Line Is It Anyway is a good show...and Everybody Loves Raymond too...

Umm...I mostly watch CSI and Alias during the school year. Umm, I don't watch much TV during the summer unless it's VH1 or MTV to kill the boredom. I used to watch a bit of "One Tree Hill" mostly near the end, cause my friend really wanted me to see it...it was okay. But CSI (with the original series, CSI: Miami, and CSI: New York coming out) and Alias is more than enough...

I'm generally not fond of American shows at all, way too corny. I prefer German and British crime programmes, they often are very good.

The simpsons used to be good but it's getting a bit boring... Friends is so overhyped that I don't even want to see it.

Oh, British sitcoms are great, American ones are nothing compared to those.

It Ain't Half Hot Mum is one of those series I seriously love, same with Are you being served. So full of typically British humour, I love it.

Allo Allo is great! Gud murning? Although as soon as the blonde bar girl came in I think the series became less good... I don't know, she was a bit too much of it all. I like the germans, they are great.

Well, since I'm only allowed 3 hours of TV or Computer time a day (which may seem like plenty to some people but it ISN'T!) and I tend to live on the internet for it, I don't watch that much TV unless my parents are out.....but I do tape a lot of things. Fave shows are
- Buffy
- Angel (but I didn't like the 5th season much)
- CSI (Miami's okay but doens't match the original)
- Charmed
- Scrubs
- New Tricks (very funny english thing)

What?? I thought it was the best Season out of all of them. Illyria story arc was wonderful. Finale was very poetic also.

Not as bad as first half of Season 4. Connor/Cordelia romance was ick.

I wouldn't really count that as television shows. If you want to discuss Anime there is a Forum for it.

This thread refers to shows of the non-Anime variety.

Other than anime, it would have to be MXC.

Monday: CSI: Miami

Tuesday: NCIS; Father of the Pride (Currently "On Hiatus". [We all know what *that* usually means...]), House, M.D.

Wednesday: 60 Minutes, Law & Order (watch), CSI: New York (tape).

Thursday: CSI; Without a Trace (watch), ER (tape)

Friday: Enterprise (watch -- unless I'm at a model club meeting, then I tape it); Third Watch (tape), JAG (watch -- unless I'm at a model club meeting...); Medical Investigation

Saturday: Teen Titans and Justice League Unlimited

Sunday: 60 Minutes, Law & Order: Criminal Intent; Crossing Jordan.

Shows I want to see: 24, Law & Order: Trial by Jury.

Other shows I sometimes manage to catch through out the week: Arthur, Stargate SG-1, Modern Marvels, Mail Call. (R. Lee Ermey is a hoot!)

There are probably shows that I'm missing, so I might have to edit this list in the near future...

Mythbusters (on discovery channel...rofl it's hillarious), Scrubs, Malcom in the Middle, Tonight show with Jay Leno, Law and Order (Regular and SVU..I *hate* Criminal Intent), ER, and alot of shows that come on discovery health channel : Impact : Stories of Survival, Critical Hour, Resident Life, Trauma: Life in the ER .... and ..hmm.. I guess that's it. Father of the Pride on NBC is sorta funny, too.
