I tried looking for the name of the piece for several hours, but still I don't know what it is called. It hasn't been released in the OST1 or OST2. The piece opens with a violin solo followed by drums. It was last played in Bleach 140 during the intermission when Rukia saved Ichigo. It was also played earlier when Ichigo was facing Zangetsu in his mask form. By any chance does anyone know the name of this piece?
