just been flicking through the hanon book. was wondering whether you hanon practisers have a favourite exercise?

i play 1 a lot, by the time ive gone hard out on it 3-4 times, im exhausted. helps build strength.

Hmm, I have two different versions of hanon books. One has more exercises than the other, but for the most part the numbers overlap. But still, heh, too many numbers . . . I just go through 20 of them, even if I can't perfect them all. No favourites, although I do like the sound of the one that has harmony (near the end).

hahhahah i played 1 the most, but i don't really like it. 2 is okay, but i like anything from 20-30

edit: i believe it exercises your 4,5,6 fingers (for exercises 20-30)...i don't have the Hanon book now...so i have to assume :sweatdrop:

I play through 1-15 most of the time, just for warming up, building endurance and strength.
