Just wondering what anyone who saw the movie thought of it?

I hated it for a couple of reasons. The first reason being that the Aliens were completely non-scary and they looked worse than they did in Alien: Resurrection (not saying that Alien: Resurrection looks bad but after 7 years they should look better). The second big reason was probably the total lack of plot or acting ability. The one character they have live is so poorly developed and badly acted that you don't carte whether she lives or dies.

I wanted to know everyone elses opinions because most of my friends liked it and I don't understand why.

It doesn't really work. The Predator timeline somewhat works and it gives a make-shift explanation as to why they're there but the Alien portion is completely uncanon.

I have watch that movie and I like it. This movie is better than Alien: Resurrection. The timeline is every 100 years the predators would come to earth to train (using aliens as their prey).

There are a few spoilers like if you had watch predator 2 you will know that the predator cannot see in very cold places but in this movie, that can see very clearly. Maybe it is because the humans are wearing coats. The other part is the end when the woman (can't remember her name) remove her coat when the acid spill on it. She should freeze to death. There are a few more spolies which I can't remember.

Better than expected, though the interaction between the Predator & the surviving human was copied directly out of the original comics pretty much. AS far as messing things up in terms of the alien films I dont think it did really as lets face it whose gonna believe the survivor if & its a big if she manages to get back anyway, alien monsters? must have gone nuts obviously. I hope the ending was a nod to the comics as well as things may get interesting then if they do another. Throws in where the Bishop design of android comes from as well which is a nice touch
