I just finished the last episode of C.G. 10 minutes ago, i gotta admit, its one of thebest animes out there and probably fits into the category of being my favorite or top 3 animes. Its like a combination of Death Note, S-Cry-ed and somewhat fits into Tsubasa Chronicles as well.

What I thought of the this series and its characters:

LeLouch
Though falling into the same fate as Raito( being controlled by his powers), I absolutely loved this character. Bad idea for the producers to let him be addicted with domination( he completely changed after realizing he cant control his powers) and forgetting his soul purpose for starting this war( so he can be happy with Nanally). He was one with a heart, he cared about others, like erasing the memories of Shirley despise his lose.

Suzaku
K.. I hated this guy. I never understood his reason for fighting against the rebellion. The world was injustice, the resistance against it was strong and blood was spilling everywhere. Its not like the rebellion was ever demolished. He just wanted to be with the Britanians, choosing to side with them cause they are stronger? I get so fustrated seeing him in the show....

C.C
I love this character as well. I sense kindness from her, a strange aura even. I dont understand why LeLouch treated her mean sometimes. Perhaps because she does not have a place in this society?
Btw, would someone please tell me what the pact between her and LeLouch was? Thanks :D

The Ending
The rebellion was falling apart, LeLouch lost his innocence and logic. He was been too risky...The ending wasnt even making sense, all of a sudden, all these people going after him lol. Same as death note.... the further the story goes, the worse it gets. Sometimes they gotta have a stopping point, instead of just concentrating on making money.

2nd Season
Though they say there is gonna be a second season, I highly doubt they will continue from where it left off. The story seemed almost impossible to go on, perhaps a time skip? I am probably gonna watch it. And hopefully, LeLouch doesnt get more obsessed into his power and wont be a failure like death note's 2nd season.

actually, they are going to make a second season. yay! i am pretty sure that it is a continuation of the first which would be kind of fun. In the anime 2007 lineup, the picture showed lelouch and CC. I but a time skip would be fun as well.

I think we need more main characters like Lelouch and Light! That smart, calculating, anti-hero type (when done well) makes it interesting...
