I don't whether is it correct to post this here but ... I can't find a thread regard to this else where, or I might have missed it. ^_^ Please leave the URL to the thread if there is such thread, thank you.

I just want to know, what programme to use to write sheet musics and create midis? Is there any programme that can play the music scores that you wrote?

Yes, Finale at http://www.finalemusic.com/. There is a free version there, and if you want the full version you have to pay some money.

I'm like one of the few people who still use Encore. It's old though, so I don't know how much success you'll have in finding it.

Sorry ~ ^_^ I tried to re-locate them but I can't find any. Sorry to start such a thread but my friend and I need a programme to record down our works. :D

By the way, the name of this topic is wrong. In British the American word "program" is always "programme" unless you're talking about computer software, then it's program in both American and British English.
