Yup, Its from Makai Senki Disgaea, one of etna's themes.
Its kinda like a jazzy/upbeat funky kinda piece.

I really hope anyone is able to help do this. Disgaea pieces are virtually non existent around almost anywhere.. gave up searching after a week.
