View Full Version : I need a suggestion for a good, but relatively cheap, digital piano.

Well, my old concertmate (radioshack purchase years ago) is beginning to fail me, what with it's forty-one abnormally small keys and the fact that it works better as a midi controller. I've just gotten (most likely) a minimum wage job, so I will only be raking in about $80-100 every month, provided I'm not stalled up by the weather or something. I'm in the market for a new digital piano, preferably one with at least 71 keys. I'm loathe to go all out for a 1,000 plus dollar one, I'd much prefer to find one in the $2-300 range that will serve my purposes (practicing for both education and personal enjoyment). If there's one out there with weighted keys, that's a definite plus. (I'm not sure if there's a better term, I think that's the right one, I'm referring to keys with the feel of playing an actual piano to them.) Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks in advance. :)
