Greetings, I saw a few similar threads about other anime, so I decided to make this one for Rozen Maiden. Here I'll post my transcriptions of all the most memorable pieces from Rozen Maiden. Some of these have already been posted by me, so I guess this thread will serve to organize things.

Completed

Atatakana Kokoro - full ensemble
Bara no Jubai - full ensemble (harpsichord can be substituted with piano)
Battle of Rose - full ensemble (guitar solo also given to violin)
Bright Red - string quartet
Kinjirareta Asobi - full ensemble
Kowareta Sekai - full ensemble
Kurayami Yori Kitaru Mono - viola harpsichord duet (harpsichord <-> piano)
Okubyousha - flute harpsichord duet (harpsichord <-> piano)
Shukuteki - full ensemble (the percussion sounds off... open to corrections)
To Do

Alice Game
Bara no Chikai
Hageshii Omoi

In Consideration

Kodakai Oka ni Te
Komatta Shumi
Hyoukai (a piano arrangement of this is available on Josh's site already, so... meh.)

Things to note:

I'm not going to transcribe any of the piano solo pieces because they have already been done on Josh's website, and very well too, I might add.
Almost all the pieces can be played as a solo with just the main instrument.
I will likely be working on season two stuff once I get done with season one.
You can request pieces I haven't mentioned here, but if it's a solo piano arrangement, you can expect that all I'll be doing is copying and pasting the melody and a main harmony on the two staffs.

Wow, someone actually cares about this? =D

Anyways, I've postponed the project for a bit; Alice Game is about half done, but I couldn't figure out how to implement tempo changes to only 1 part back then.

Since I did all these transcription back when I was fairly inexperienced, I'll probably make major edits to many of them in due time...

This is Awesome! Thank you!!! >.< i've been looking everywhere for the sheets (partially cause i'm 2 lazy to do it myself) because i have too much school work to do it by ear.... ^.^ THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
BTW: the Bara no Jubai I had done by ear, but only for piano... What software do you use to write up music? And do u do it by typing in the notes, or attaching a midi cable to a piano...of the sort...>.< i'm a novice...

A moment l8r after i had already submitted:

WOAH EMOTICONS!!!!! ...

just wondering, are you going to do season 2?
I really like the battle of crystal or it was called something like that.

Sibelius 5. I don't use any keyboards or midi input devices; wish I knew how though...

Yes, eventually... Maybe a year down the line or something... Battle of Crystal will be one of the first pieces I transcribe if I ever get around to season 2. But before that I'll have to fix these old sheets first though.

Wow... that's a pretty amazing website... I looked at some of their other stuff, and couldn't believe they were actually midi, especially with all the crazy instruments some of them incorporated.

As for downloading them... I didn't really look into it, but as a last resort, you can always search your internet cache for the midi files after loading them.

Edit: K, the buffering times for the midis were a little weird (like 40-50 seconds for a 20kb file), so I took a look in the cache to see what they actually were. Seems like they're actually .wav files around 1-2 mb each. Weird... So meh, doesn't look like anyone can do much with them.

激しい思い is hageshii omoi, which is on Gotank's to-do list.

I did transcribe one a very long time ago though, the quality is not good (yes i need to go back and redo it some time) but it may be useful as a rough score to look at. Downloadable on my website: http://sperion.web.fc2.com
There are a few different sheets: all basically the same but one simplified and one split for 4 hands.

Edit: The 4 hands score should contain all the parts combined on a piano, so if you split that up into appropriate instruments you should get a full score.

edit:
wow, sperion, just browsed your site, you have many great songs that I was trying to find! or attempted to play.
very nice!!

Me hijacking the thread again :P

Not exactly what you are looking for, but check my website http://sperion.web.fc2.com/ for a score for "barasuishou" for 2 violins, viola, cello, celesta (which can be played by a piano).

Hi Gotank. I request the Alice Game melody for piano solo if it's possible. On Josh's website I found the music sheet named Alice Game, but it isn't actually what it should to be. If you have enough time please finish that transcribe. And thank you for the work, you have already done.

Sorry, but I won't be working on any Rozen Maiden stuff for the next while. I currently have way too many ongoing projects and things outside of music as well. I'd like to finish some of them up before looking to start on new things.
