Last month I found music sheets for 'Uncharted Waters 2' but they had 3 missing scores... and those were the ones I wanted most!!!
So far, the music sheets for this game was very hard to come by (ended up going to Japan!), let alone those 3. So here they are:

Catalina, Mast in the mist and Close to home. They are for piano.
Composer: Yoko Kanno
Game by Koei. The music is very good. So Ichigo's cant miss some good music! So please submit these sheets if you have them!

or you can transcribe them... they are quite a challenge. You can easily download these mp3s free in internet.

Ugh, I think you might have to give some hints as to where transcribers can hear these songs. I just checked my usual sources + youtube and couldn't find anything even close to the titles you're suggesting.
