I found these sheets for Princess Mononoke, but the sheets don't seem to match up with the MIDI. If anyone would mind correcting them, I would greatly appreciate it.

Not really, the MIDI file has those roll things on the piano (I don't remember what they're called) in it and the sheets don't.
