[blows dust off MIDI] I improved this song I made eras ago. First, I took out the rush notes between the intro and the main part of the song. I found it quite unnecessary. Second, I changed the type of piano, and assigned it only to the introduction. The rest of the song belongs to a string ensemble. I have plans of extending the song, but tell me what you think of the current status.

To say the truth, I had problems to follow the song  . It sounds random without a real direction to me. When I concentrate on the song, I can hear what you intended, but that's quite difficult. X_X I never composed a waltz myself and I'm not very familiar with it's theory, so I leave the improvement suggestions to more qualified persons =_= . Maybe you should listen to Alphonse's Violin Waltz to get a better impressions of waltz rythmics ;)

I don't like this.. it's way too random to be followed, and it didn't keep my interest for over 30 seconds. X_X Mm, maybe you should listen to some famous waltzes and see how they managed to compose them so good.

6.5/10

Oi oi, I had no idea what I was doing with that song!

Anyways Haku, a waltz is a dance. You should try to get into the dancing mood, because it'll help. Go on, don't be afraid of dancing, it doesn't matter if people think you're crazy, dancing to your own song, but you need to get the idea behind it. I wish you good luck!

Hm..With what you guys said about its randomness in mind, I can see what you mean. Time for the file shredder.
