Long time no see but i have been working very hard with my studies and I have

produced my first ever published piece to be published by dorn publications

sometime this summer this is "Folk Song Suite For Saxophone Quartet."

It takes it's name from the folk song styles that it borrows from.

1. An Arrangement of coffee grows on white oak trees
2. A Sea Chanty
3. A Negro Spiritual
4. A Bagpipe tune
5. An Eastern Diversion

The "meaning" behind this piece actually comes from coffee grows

"GO CHOOSE SOMEONE TO GO WITH YOU, SWEET AS SUGAR CANDY."

Its easier than you think. All you need to do is get a piece written, get it performed or just recorded and submit the score and parts to various publishing companies. Or you can join the composers forum and they have contests and its a good way to get people to hear your stuff even though you may not win.
