Can anyone suggest of a good cd/mp3 player? Brand and model? Does brand really matter than where it is made? I saw lots of Sony players at Akihabara (Japan) but most of them are no longer made in Japan. Some of them are made in Malaysia, China, etc. Are they still that good as those made in Japan?

Hmm. Are you talking about the one posted by LingXiaoyu? It's about mp3 players - md players, ipods... but they're not capable of playing cd's.

get the iriver slimx...

the newer the version the better...

i think they have a 900 for the interntional store...

but i think 550 is the highest for america....

n don't get 700... its like a sports type thing..

yeah. i also found lots of good reviews about the imp-550 but i'm still thinking about it. how about panasonic models? or sony? are there some nice ones? does it really matter where it was made?
