There's currently an ongoing project to get down the Clannad OST and theme songs, thread found here (http://forums.ichigos.com/showthread.php?t=11776).

The Dango song hasn't been transcribed yet I think, but "A Tiny Palm" has, and it has many similarities to Dango.
