I see that this thread has been dead for about 1 year now.
If Remizen finished the song, he didn't post it. I couldn't find it anywhere else, so I made my own transcription from Omoihime's sheet. (Link (http://omohide.com/1178/natsume-yuujinchou-sheet-music-natsu-yuuzora/))

I don't know the details of transcribing, and this is my first time. But I think it turned out quite nice. It plays quite well on Synthesia (https://www.synthesiagame.com/) too!
I rewrote the whole song on Notation Composer (http://www.notation.com/NotationComposer.php) and then exported it to a midi-file.

Here's the outcome:

(The .zip-file containts the saved .not file from Notation Composer, the exported .mid file and a MusicXML-file (.xml))
