Hmmm the only way I think you can do that is to manually put the notes into Finale or Sibelius, etc... and for that song it would take..... a while:heh: Maybe I'll do it when I have time since I work in a music computer lab at school with midi keyboards, it'll be much faster that way. Don't be expecting it anytime soon though. Couple months maybe?
Maybe someone else may want to do this. :heh:

EDIT: Ack forgot there was a section with 3 staffs of something? Anybody know how to add a third staff in finale? or maybe I could just put it in a different layer? Uguu... I'll look at it if I decide to do it.@_@:(x_x

heh, i have actually done this long ago, with notes tidied up and make it look neater :) (you don't actually need 3 staves when you fix it up.)

However, i am not sure if i should post it here. There must be a reason that only that pdf is published, and it doesn't seem right to me to redistribute it in a different form.

Wow you actually re-entered all those notes? :heh:
Maybe you could just post the midi generated from the .MUS? of whatever program you used to entered the notes. If not I don't really care since I'm not one requesting this...

There is a way if you have the full version of Finale and Adobe Acrobat Professional. If you convert the PDF to black and white TIFF files with Adobe Acrobat Professional or any other program that can do the same thing, Finale has a feature to read the notes from the TIFF file. In Finale, go File > Scanning: Smart Score Light > TIFF Import. The program is pretty descent in reading the notes, but I would recommend copying the notes it gives you into a new file and fixing whatever it misses.

It's quite a handy tool!

EDIT: By the way, where did you stumble across "Reminiscences of AIR!?"

Nice! I never knew you could do that. (Runs off to go try.)

EDIT: It actually works!
Hmm the MIDI sounds a bit off for this song though :heh:
