Howl's Moving Castle Main Theme, (I think it is Merry-Go-Round of Life, the one that is 5 minutes long by Joe Hisaishi)
Dragon Boy from Spirited Away.
and anything from BLEACH.

You should find composition guidance in the "Compositions" forum.

As for your requests, there should be a lot of that music lying around here. Try the search function at the top of the page. Keep in mind that the sheet music does not have to specifically say for flute on it. The flute is a C instrument so you can play the same music written for violin, oboe, piano, etc. You can also play music from other transposing instruments. The only thing is it will sound in a different key than the original.
