No you can't. It's full of background noises and nearly impossible to hear the left hand chords.

O, thank you for your quick response and I do apologize. I thought that using that anime link on YouTube would help somebody jogg there memory on where they to have heard or seen this piece of music. If there is anything I could do to assist please let me know.

I know is there a program that can allow a person to take off certain levels of background sound, perhaps like conversation? -__-

You can do clever things with the stereo channels and various filters, but it won't be any good for transcribing, as often some of the notes will be cut as well (unless you spend loads of time to make it perfect, but that effort will be far greater than transcribing with the original). It is usually better to just listen to the original anyway since the human ear is a pretty good filter.

Back to topic, I couldn't find that arrangement on the soundtracks at all (both TV and OVA). The noise isn't that bad in that part of the episode, so I will probably transcribe it some time, since I have always liked that tune in R.O.D (the same tune as tracks 3 and 7 of the OVA OST - but this arrangement sounds much easier to play). Not much time to transcribe nowadays, so not sure when i will do it.

Would be nice again if anyone has a high quality audio of that though.

Edit: but of course stereo cancelling rarely works with video clips (as voices come from various directions), and definitely not doable with a mono audio track... simple filtering probably wouldnt work either as the frequency ranges overlap.

Edit2: uploaded score (draft) at http://sperion.web.fc2.com - probably contain a lot of mistakes, but i am too tired to go through it slowly and thoroughly. (now i can get back to doing other boring work...)
