:heh:hey i'm sixteen ... i know how to play the piano basically ... if i take piano lessons how many years shoul i take? ... i know how to read notes .. and i knoe the c g7 f g d7 chords ,, asses me can i become a good piano player if i take the lesson or is there no hope for me of being a young piano player?:sweat:

I don't think age matters that much. As long as you have the drive to learn the instrument.

If you know how to read notes your set... It doesn't matter how old you are. Also if you can memorize chords you can read practically and lead sheet.
