I'd like to request a piano sheet music transcription of a song from Mana Khemia.

Name
The song goes by two names. The original Japanese OST titles it "The Illusionary Patty-Ridge". However, the English OST that came with the game titles it "By the Illusion". Whichever title is used on the sheet itself is to the discretion of the transcriber.
