I liked the bends in the piece, they worked very well. What instrument is suppose to represent the one you are using for the melody?
The reverberation is not helping much in the background with the harp or guitar. You should decrease it and fit it better to the piece. You can go to the Mixer option or MIDI/Audio>VST Setup>Ambient Reverb, Edit button.
Hmm, I would like to see dynamism in the piece and it seem complete to me.

This is a really nice peice. It's kinda like the stuff they use in video games and anime when someone is saying a last farewell or something. :P The reverb was a little too much, so you might want to tone that down a bit.

The melody is sweet ^_^ I actually liked the amount of reverb you used: coupled w/ the instrumentation, it made it sound pensive and hollow. At 1:25, those rhythmic chords sound more like something for piano or guitar than a harp, but it depends on what mood you're trying to evoke. It sounds like it could be a town theme for an RPG. Great job :)

It's sounds like a Chinese RPG background bit.... which has a surprisingly nice aire of freshness to it. I really like it. Simple, relaxing, and sounds nearly authentic (at least to my Western ears).
I wouldn't mind hearing another song like this done in a similar style.

I love the idea. It's all done really well. One thing I would have liked to see done is have the guitar open up the chords it is playing more. They sound pretty closed to me, so opening them up would probably give it a more "fuller" feel to the accompaniment.
