I've only seen her singing a few songs on nicovideo.jp (this one being the first that struck my attention, thus I linked to it in the general chat back near Christmas). I believe she's an Indie artist that hasn't made it to a label yet. The best I have is that choucho is written iridescent, and that she has a blog page: http://lotus--lotus.jugem.jp/
