Very interesting! I can really tell you put a lot of thought into this composition. The only real problem I have with it is the last note. It doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the composition and give it a finish. Unless this was done to be a transition to a different piece, then I could see it working. Otherwise, my ears long for something more complete.

Can't wait to hear more! ^_^

Very nice orchestration skills. You set the mood quite well, and had the feel of a tango. What's better, it's very doable for a high school orchestra. The clarinet solo itself was not so flashy that it didn't blend in, but not so simplistic that it was drowned out. You also had a good balance of solo clarinet passages and orchestral features. Personally, I would've liked longer orchestral features and an oboe echoing the clarinet instead of a flute, but it's a matter of taste. ^_^ Very nice! I hope to hear more of your works!

well I had to write it for the ensemble lol and guess whos the oboe player in our school lmao! I had to write a few opt. parts lol heres the list of opt.
Oboe
Bass Clarinet
Bassoon (possibly, there is a girl who is new at it)
F Horns 2, 3, and 4
Trombones
Baritone
Tuba
Viola
so yeah, I only had some instrumentation to work with. The flute player in this is amazing, shes so talented and a very good friend of mine. Thank you for the compliments it means alot!

This is a march i wrote in 2 days because I was like hey I should write a march because I LOVE MARCHES! I really do! This piece is called the sunshine march, and I think its really fun! Its a slightly challenging for some instruments, but eh musicians need to practice I have to learn to not be so nice all the time when writing parts lol.
P.S. Thank you to the two people who looked at my tango! If I have a chance to get it on video I will post it on youtube!

Nice and perky march! I would think that it would sound more interesting if the third beat of the measure before a section starts (ex. measures 4, 12, or wherever else), that instead of having the rhythmic bass (tuba, bass clari, etc.) play a quarter note, have it play a half note with a vertical accent to give it more of a bounce. It will also lead better into the next phrase. Oh, and measure 45, that high C is a bit high for a horn player in a high school wind ensemble. Unless you're sure your horns are good enough to play those repeated high Gs and above, I would advise against it. It would sound pretty cool if they can reach the C, though. Good job!

It sounded great and the orchestration was again, very good. One thing that I would like to see though is articulation and dynamic changes.

thanks for the compliments and suggestions and I may eventually get to articulation and dynamics, and I didnt write this for a high school band I wrote it to write it lol normally I do usually only do high schools stuff but this wasn't for that.

Tango de la Noche was great... I liked that on a lot. Your Sunshine March really had too much going on at one point for me to understand what was going on, but that was still lovely too~
