As for the sheet music, as I've said on Nyu's thread many times, just play the treble clef!
If you want the beginning part for violin, I read the f clef notes. You can play low or high octave, it doesn't matter.
all eight notes: b a a c a a d a a e a a f a a f e a a d a a c a a b a a c (This is up until the first note violin plays.
