I believe the piece is from .HACK called Kite and Black Rose in Lambda Town Theme by Chikayo Fukuda, Seizo Nakata, & Norikatsu Fukuda. The sheet music is incredibly hard to come by, and if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
