On the my music sheet, at the end it tells me to "Repeat and F.O"...what is F.O?

and also, while youtubing...most people play the repeated part of the piece with a different longer chord. Is there another version of To Zanarkand with it?

Repeat and Fade Out ;).

This song repeats forever, but I don't recommend using F.O. if you're playing it on the piano. Just end it by playing a Bmaj arpeggio as most people do, or you can improvise an ending.

Yeah, this was good advice. And as I was just saying on another post, To Zanarkand is an excellent piece to learn on the piano.
