Guys I know that there will be quite a few of you who haven't played Bioshock and haven't been looking out for the Bioshock 2 adds but if you know anything about when Bioshock 2 is out send me a PM. If you are looking for a scary game with people trying to rip off your head a lot and little girls with giant syringes and giant metal men with drills as hands called Mr Bubbles then you'll like this game.

It's creepy but pretty to watch when your hand is pulsing with bees or electricity.

I completely understand you. I am freaked out as well and if you type Bioshock 2 trailer into youtube then you can see the Bioshock 2 ad. It looks as though it is almost going to be as freaky as the first. My 2 favorite plasmid powers are insect swarm and telekinesis. I think that their the most awsome besides the Cyclone trap. XD True, telekinesis and insect swarm are both very useful...Insect swarm esp. when you get to the crazy people that can go invisible... And telekinesis when there's something you need to get that's at a distance...

XD I would totally do that, but I think I would freak out before we got started. Still gotta play Bioshock1, and get over my jumpiness when playing those kinds of games. XD I remember I used to get scared even when my bro was playing Sonic. He'd use Knuckles, and at one point in the game he was trying to get the item that let him breathe underwater, so he kept swimming deeper and deeper until the "scary" music would come on. XD I used to get scared even from that. Lol, but now I absolutely love horror... :heh: although I still get kinda freaked out when playing horror video games.

BioShock 2 Delayed to Fiscal 2010 - UPDATED


Take-Two has announced that BioShock 2 has been delayed until the company's 2010 fiscal year, which could potentially push it all the way back to 2011.

According to its most recent financial update, BioShock 2 requires "additional development time" and will not be ready for the 2009 Christmas season. "We concluded that moving the release of BioShock 2 into fiscal year 2010 was the right decision for the product," said Take-Two Chairman Strauss Zelnick. "We believe the result will be a more compelling consumer experience and a better performing product in the marketplace."

"The decision to shift a release date is never an easy one, especially with a product as highly anticipated as BioShock 2," added CEO Ben Feder. "We felt that it was essential to invest the additional time to ensure that this title will deliver what its fans expect and deserve. As a result, we will now be launching sequels to several of our strongest franchises - including BioShock 2, Mafia II, Max Payne 3 and Red Dead Redemption - during the next fiscal year."

Unfortunately for Take-Two, the delay of BioShock 2 exacerbates the difficulties it was already facing as a result of the poor economic climate and the company has thus been forced to reduce its guidance for the 2009 fiscal year. "We recognize that our revised outlook for the balance of fiscal year 2009, due to both internal and external factors, is a disappointment," Zelnick said. "Near-term retail conditions have proven to be more challenging for our business than the assumptions built into our prior outlook. We remain confident in the long term potential for Take-Two's business, and our ability to capitalize on that potential through our exceptional creative talent and solid balance sheet."

The news of the delay comes only three days after Take Two announced the addition of French studio Arkane to the BioShock 2 development team. At least one observer suggested at the time that bringing in an entire studio to help with the game's development when it was less than four months away from its scheduled release date could be a sign of impending trouble and possibly even a delay.

Nope! Um... If they make a movie then they will need a little bit more of a story line. They will need to make more excitement and suspence. I don't know whether or not they will be able to create the creepiness/scariness that the game had. If however they mad a movie of both stories then maybe... We'll see.
