Hey another I,V,vi, and IV chord progression. I really like it cuz it's one of my fav chord progressions. For the guitar part, do you know anyone who can play it? The midi version doesn't sound good, but I can imagine what it'd sound like if it were strummed by a real guitarist. As far as the composition goes (for the guitar), I think it needs more strumming in some part. You need more variation. Instead of strumming 3 notes every measure, add more notes when you reach any part of the song that is full in dynamic. Around measure 86ish (the high ledger lines) the guitar can't play that high. Drop it down an octave.

Measure 116 sounded dissonant. You have the wrong chord. I'm assuming you wanted a Cmaj, but the violin is playing an F note. For the violin in measure 65-100 some parts are too high (it's not out of range, but when a violin plays at an extremely high note, it creates a shrieking timbre). Do you want a pleasant sound or one that is shrieking and piercing? That's up to you.

Overall it's a nice composition.

High synth-y violins might get tiring after awhile. What you need more of in this song is bass. I understand that should this be performed live it will sound better than what MIDI can do (with piano pedal, better balance and strummed guitar), but it would still be lacking a strong foundation. All you've got playing below middle C is basically left up to the piano.

Add a bass guitar that would play a driving rhythm. It can be as simple as eighth notes or quarter notes, whatever floats your boat. It would help.

You've got a strong concept of a flowing melody, methinks. It gets a tad bit too repetitive, and the measures that feature the violin in the beginning move slowly and feel melody-less, but you change it up just in time.

Good job ^_^

Thanks for the comments! I will definately be working on the spots that you thought needed work, and after time, I will re-post it. And the thing with the repetitivness, that's what I was aiming for. It's just a part of the song that I wanted, but anyways, thanks for the comments!
