The images are so big, lolz...

Going by the newer drawings, yesh! Proportions are much better =3 But your legs are still a bit short, lolz.
For the guys, try making their shoulders a bit broader, and for the girls...
Well in specific for the girl with the really short katana at her hip, I really like her, but I feel like her neck needs to be thinner and her shoulders just a bit wider. Also, I think her chest can also be a bit wider to match her hips, and her right arm may be a bit short. Oh, and I'm not 100% sure about this, but I feel like you drew her legs to cut off at her knees(made them too short), while it should actually cut off a bit higher than the knees.
But yeah, I really like her ^.^.

biggest thing i noticed is your line work. it's very.... scratchy. try to use more eraser. there's really nothing wrong with using eraser. it actually feels good to realize how much i don't use my eraser as much.. not only that, also on what i use my eraser for. Bottom line... you should work more to make your lines more firm.

i like the mug shot of that bleach character. especially your blending technique.

Another thing to try and avoid having a sketchy look is being more confident with the lines you put down. More so then not, if you don't have the technical ability to achieve the specific look you are trying to achieve, your first line isn't going to look any better then the next ten all at once; so rather, become familiar with what you are able to do at the most minimal and work on your technique and ability to create something you want with intention, rather than trying to mask it all up.
