By "a site to create your own music and listen to it", do you mean a music scoring program? I don't think there is actual online websites that offer such a function.

Most of the transcribers here use programs such as Finale and Sibelius to score music; these program have play back functions as well so you can enter whatever you like, save it and listen to it as midi files. Finale Notepad used to be free; I'm not too sure what it is right now. There are free music engraving programs out there, such as Muse Score and Lilypond (which in my opinion is quite hard to use, but that's just me).

I'm sure if you enter into Google searches "free music notation programs" or "free composition software" you'll get plenty of results.
Does this answer your question?
