who's you favourite voice actor? what anime did he come from and what part did he play?

one of my favourite voice actors is Vic Mignogna
he was dark from DN angel and ed from full metal alchemist

I don't know if you mean English VA or Japanese seiyuu...

but my favorite voice actress is definitely Noto Mamiko. She played Ichinose Kotomi from CLANNAD, Rin from Mnemosyne, Asagami Fujino from Kara no Kyoukai, Hecate from Shakugan no Shana, Enma Ai from Jigoku Shoujo, Tiffania from Zero no Tsukaima (and much more)... all of which are cool characters.

My favorite voice actor would be Miyano Mamoru. Setsuna F. Seiei from Gundam00, Suou Tamaki from Ouran, Death the Kid from Soul Eater, Yagami Light from Death Note, Kamui from Tsubasa (and much more)... who are all, again, really cool characters. :D

Erm, just to clarify, seiyuu = voice actor, whether they're Japanese, English, German or Russian. Seiyuu is just the word used for voice actor in Japanese, so English voice actors and Japanese "seiyuu" (= voice actor) are essentially the same thing.

So in short, favourite voice actor could be of any nationality. Also, read the rules on the usage of Japanese language please (or any non-English) and you'll find out they're not allowed unless you provide a translation. Which means your location and your signature are in violation of the rules. Please change them, thank you \o

That put aside, my favourite voice actor would be Mark Hamill because he does the best version of the Joker in the Batman cartoons. Another one is Ron Pearlman, who does voices in several cartoons and he always does them really well.

As for Voice actors in anime, Shinichiru Miki (Takumi from Initial D, Kurz from FMP and a lot of others) and Takehito Koyasu (Il Palazzo from Excel Saga, Ryousuke Takahashi from Initial D) are the ones that spring to mind.

Hmm. I'm sure there's a more favorite one in mind, but here, right now, it's Steve Burton for his performance as Cloud for Adven Children. If I remember a better actor, I shall repost :P

Anyone remember Megumi Hayashibara? She was like the queen of Voice-acting in the late-nineties or something :P

For the US side of things, I agree with Neko's comment about Mark Hamill (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Hamill) (freaking awesome job), and I also like Chris Patton (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Patton) if simply for his role in the English rendition of Full Metal Panic.

Romi Paku(Park XD Yea! Korean!): Hitsugaya Toushiro from Bleach, Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist, Temari from Naruto, Seth from Lost Odyssey and...any other anime or game that I haven't watched, don't remember, or just not know that it's her...

Hirano Aya: XD Suzumiya Haruhi from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu, Polka from Eternal Sonata...and like the other ones, and any other anime or game that I haven't...you get the point :D.

I think that's all...unless I'm not remembering the voice of a certain character or I just don't know the name of that voice actor/actress...
