This song was very popular from AIR anime.
I've found many transcriptions, but they don't match this version.
I think this version is so nice on the 2nd segment.

I can't contact the pianist who played in this link above.
He posted that the sheet can be found at some Japanese website.
Someone told in the comments that the sheet music can be found at ichigos,
but I haven't found yet. Maybe it's in the old thread and has been deleted.

Hopefully someone have it, or making a new transcript for this.

But, this version doesn't like the same at all. It's an original sheet from KEY.
If comparing with the video link above, the 2nd part was different and more playful.
There're only 3 pages in front of him, so I wonder where he get the piano sheet from.
Maybe this version was improvised by the arranger.

I hope someone can transcript it.
