Since it's my favorite song too, I'll see if I can transcribe it. It would speed up the process if you can find the instrumental version.

Edit: I just watched the video. I love the improvisation, but I'll be transcribing the original as is. You can go crazy with it and improvise it all you want after I'm done ;)

All done :P

I've made it simple so you could enjoy accomplishing it sooner. If you want to make it sound better, just add chords underneath the melody or improvise it.

Just a few notes on the second last measure. Just in case anyone asks, that two 32nd notes (actually it's 3 hash marks) with the non-filled noteheads is a tremolo. You play it the way you would play a trill except it's at a 6th interval. At the end of the tremolo, the last note ends at C natural from what I've transcribed. Don't mind the last two measures if you're listening to the midi, I don't know how to fix it. The tremolo isn't right, it doesn't slow down, and the ending got cut off a bit too short. The sheet itself is fine.

Wow, excellent job! If you could, do you mind transcribing a song for meh on the piano. Someone already arranged it and played it on youtube, but I'm too noobish to transcribe the song. :(

brncao
August 6th, 2009, 09:02 pm
what kind of song? You said someone arranged it. Can you contact that person for the sheets?

AeroBozu
August 6th, 2009, 09:12 pm
Well, I know for sure they don't have the sheets, as they stated in their video that they transcribed the song using chord progression. Well, I'd say more like someone transcribed it, sorry for my bad choice of wording things >.<. I made a thread a while ago asking someone to transcribe the song, here it is.

ah thanks for the link to the video. I've struck gold! lol. I heard the original soundtrack and it's what I was looking for. The chord progression in the chorus fits the criteria for my medley ^_^

I loved the chorus part and I'll be adding it in my medley. I'll arrange the chorus part only if you don't mind.

So, I'm guessing you'll be transcribing it and posting it on this thread or my own? Anyways thanks. But, I was hoping for a full version from the video =/, but I guess anything works :P since it's free.

eto....When you say 6th interval, shouldn't it be 7th minor interval  6th major would be D/B. I am quite new to this interval so please correct me.:)

I don't know if this was requested, since the Classical Guitar version was put (even I didn't understnad it).

But what are the chords for Melt for Lead Guitar and Rhythm Guitar?

Well, I can guess this is Rhythm Guitar, but...I don't understnad how to read this. Also, it's in Japanese.

Bump of an old thread? I don't know, but I just decided on releasing this unfinished finished transcription of Melt -3Mmix-. I didn't release it because i wanted to finish it.

Oh well, I feel i shouldn't hoard it any longer. Have fun, people. I'll get around to finishing it when I'm free.

Once I can find more music sheets from Vocaloid I'll share it with you guys again XD

Anyways, here

EDIT: Oh, i also have From Y to Y, Magnet, Rolling Girl by marasy. If you want, PM me =] (although the first is easily found on youtube)

I know the song was made with hatsune miku
But would it be more appropriate to credit Supercell, Ryo, and gazelle(nagi)?

brncao, would it be okay if I used some of your transcription of melt and wrote it out for clarinet? I've already finished most of my own transcription of it, but it would be nice to use some of yours on some of the instrumental bits since for me it's hard to write that out and plus sometimes I feel the music sort of drowns out miku's voice which makes it a bit hard for me to write it out xD. I'll also credit you when I post it, of course lol. I think you're really talented since I really want to try more transcriptions for piano but i suck at hearing chords lol.
